Construction costs and official estimate:
With your completed technical drawings we are now ready to begin the estimating phase of the process.
At this point you can expect us to contact you to schedule a meeting at your residence. Habitually, the meeting at this stage will be with the same consultant who advised you during the first step of the process. During this meeting, with your technical drawings in hand, you will go over all aspects of your home addition and renovation project together. You will discuss finishing materials, budgets and ask any remaining question you might have.
After this meeting, our consultant will have gathered all the information needed from you in order to start the estimating phase and arrive at an exact fixed price for your project.
From this point you can expect a turnaround time of approximately two weeks. Once the estimate is complete, our consultant will contact you to schedule a meeting. During this meeting they will present you the estimate and go over all the details with you in person. You can expect a detailed estimate with an in-depth description of all that will be included in the scope of work.
